If you are unhappy with your skillet for any reason, we will accept returns within 6 months of the order delivery date. Please contact us and we will send you a shipping label. If the skillet is found to be in resalable condition, you will receive a full refund, minus all shipping costs.
We stand behind our products. If you believe your skillet is defective, please contact us and we will send you a return shipping label. If we find the skillet to be defective, you will receive a full refund, including all shipping costs. There is no expiration on this warranty. If treated properly, your cookware should last a lifetime.
We’re well aware that free shipping is now the norm in the online marketplace. Let us take a moment and tell you what you already know: free shipping is a lie. Shipping isn’t free because nothing is free. Any product shipped to you for “free” has already had the shipping cost worked into the price. At Stargazer Cast Iron, we charge you the actual shipping cost. No hidden fees, no unnecessary markups. In the continental US, this shipping cost is $10 for one skillet and $4 for each additional skillet shipped to the same address. For domestic shipments, we use FedEx SmartPost, Home Delivery or Ground at our discretion. If you would like to use a different carrier, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
INTERNATIONAL: We offer international shipping as well. Just select your country from the list during checkout and the cost will be calculated automatically. Please note that we use USPS Priority Mail International and Stargazer Cast Iron is not responsible for any associated customs fees, duties, and taxes. The shipping cost calculated at checkout is for the shipping service only. If you would like to use a different carrier, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
We accept all major credit cards for payment. If you’d like to pay with PayPal or some other payment method (personal check, money order, etc.), contact us and we can easily accommodate.
Your payment will be processed at the time the order is placed. We ship the orders in the order they are received and your payment secures your place in line. If you change your mind before the order ships, no problem, we can cancel your order for a full refund.
