13.5-Inch Cast Iron Braiser

Sale price$ 195.00
Finish: Seasoned

Introducing our 13.5-inch braiser. It features a wide base, shallow sloped sides and two short handles. It's ideal for oven roasting, shallow frying, braising and open fire cooking. The cooking surface is machined smooth for non-stick performance, just like our skillets.

We offer our cookware in two finishes: seasoned or bare. Our seasoned skillets have already been seasoned by us with two coats of our oil blend, made of canola, grapeseed and sunflower oil. Our bare skillets are dipped in mineral oil to protect them in transit. Just wash off the oil and season it however you like.

Beautiful pans that are everything that was promised.
We use for large meals when having company. Easy to start on the stove and finish or keep warm in the oven.

When cooking becomes sexy

This is such a beautiful piece in my kitchen. I love that it is made in the USA and cooks beautifully. It sears beautifully and meat tastes great in it. This is by far the most sexy piece of cooking equipment I own and I don’t mind having it out on display. I waited a very long time for this to be created and thanks to stargazer for making sure it was done correctly.

Great

What a great pan. I waited 2 years for it and was well worth the wait. Bought the bare pan and seasoned it according to recommend process with some variation. Virtually non-stick with proper use and care.
